    Dry Berry Muesli Mix

    1. In a large airtight container mix together the oats, dried berries, and the freeze dried fruit. I like to crush the freeze dried berries slightly so they distribute a bit better in the oats.

    Overnight Muesli

    1. Add 40 grams of the berry muesli, 120 grams of milk, and 170 grams of yogurt to a bowl and stir to combine.

    2. Then add in 40 grams of frozen raspberries and 40 grams of frozen blueberries and stir again.

    3. Place in the fridge overnight. If you make more than one serving or plan to leave it in the fridge for more than one night, cover the bowl with a lid or a layer of plastic.

    4. In the morning serve with more fresh fruit on top or as is!
