Make the Whipped Cream
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and powdered sugar.
Using an electric mixer (can also be done by hand) whisk together the cream and sugar at high speed until stiff peaks form.
Place the whipped cream in the fridge to chill while preparing the rest of the Eiskaffee.
Make the Eiskaffee
Add 1-2 scoops of ice cream to each glass.
Pour the cold coffee into the glasses over the vanilla ice cream, leaving about a 1/2" of space at the top for the whipped cream.
Stir 2-3 times.
Top each drink with whipped cream and enjoy immediately.
